Advanced First Aid Training (Canadian Red Cross Program CSA Standard Z1210)

The Advanced First Aid Canadian Red Cross course builds upon the knowledge and skills gained in the Intermediate (Standard) First Aid with CPR and AED training. Participants will learn how to conduct thorough patient assessments, provide interventions, and deliver ongoing care in a workplace environment. The training also covers different techniques for transporting an injured worker to a medical facility.

This course aligns with the CSA Standard Z1210-17 for Workplace First Aid Training.

Students are expected to have 100% attendance, complete home assignments/online studies, and demonstrate professionalism and integrity as an Advanced First Aid Attendant throughout the program. The course begins by examining the theory related to a particular condition, followed by the practical aspect of emergency care.

The course outline will detail the order of the presentation topics to allow for advanced reading of issues before s, Primary and Advanced Care Paramedics and other highly dedicated instructors from several accredited first-lectures.

Our professional instructor team comprises experienced EMR's, Primary and Advanced Care Paramedics and other highly dedicated instructors from accredited first aid training institutions.
